2006 · Altın Apart
The May 2006 homepage promised a “modern building, quality service”: single, double and triple rooms with central heating, furniture and carpeted floors, in the city centre with a single tram ride to Osmangazi and Anadolu universities; a cafeteria, cable-TV lounge, games room and study room; round-the-clock hot water, laundry and ironing; ADSL in every room; 24-hour staff and security; and a building compliant with the earthquake code. The page’s metadata was borrowed wholesale from a local Eskişehir directory site.
2007–2010 · Altın Kız Apart
By September 2007 the site had a new design, title and audience: Altın Kız Apart, “serving our female students in Eskişehir with our two buildings” in the Hoşnudiye and Sakarya Caddesi areas, “places are limited, please register”. It listed a warm family atmosphere, professional management, 24-hour security, rooms for one to three, internet, bathroom and kitchen, fridge and hob, laundry, housekeeping and hot water. The “Hakkımızda” page still contained the web designer’s placeholder text, and a “TEST YAYINI” banner never came down. The visitor counter read 14,945 in January 2010.
What happened to it
No capture between January 2010 and March 2012 shows the Eskişehir site, and when the domain reappears it belongs to the Altınoluk business. Whether the residence closed, renamed or simply let the domain go is not recorded. Phone numbers and email addresses from these pages are not reproduced.
